Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please note: We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please review the sizing chart, reviews of other customers perception of the fit, or contact us if you have any concerns before purchasing!
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit an email to our team with photos or a video of the product.
The return address is set by default to our printing facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
